Behind The Scenes Of A Transforming Singapores Public Libraries Abridged Awarding A Teacher’s Award The Library of Congress Overnight, 9 September 2015 ― There were two such awards on 9 September 2015 by the Library of Congress: one for the department of Cultural Arts working in Chicago County, entitled “Transforming Reading Art” and the other for the Department of Culture and Heritage promoting “Recognized Past Pluralists” in New York City’s Public Library through 10 September 2015. It should really be noted that for our department, our goal is to help educate ourselves that trans people matter, even when we support diversity and inclusion.

Hirst acknowledged how important this is, stating, “I don’t think we are alone in promoting queer, feminist, and genderqueer language and practices, which should make it trans and white and male alike.” As well as her recent, heartfelt letter requesting inclusion within that public space, Hirst also has her own website, where she posted a short essay titled, A Transforming Reading World: The Lost World of Trans Fiction in An Overly Critical Course in the Arts (now The New School, available at the Library of Congress).
